Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at EMCOR UK. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects, providing administrative support to the Contracts and Service Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients to agree on project timelines and milestones, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Communicate with suppliers and sub-contractors to confirm availability and pricing of goods and services, fostering strong relationships and driving project success.
  • Process orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Investigate and resolve any issues related to outstanding deliveries, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation and issuance of contract variations as required, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to monthly contract reviews, providing valuable insights for improvement and driving business growth.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely billing information for completed jobs, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency.
  • Develop and present quotations for additional works, showcasing expertise and driving business development.
  • Implement and maintain Health & Safety protocols and IMS documentation, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Perform other duties as required by the Projects or Service Managers, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of project coordination principles and practices, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in a similar role or transferable skills from a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficient in IT systems and software, with a strong understanding of project management tools and technologies.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
  • Personable and approachable, with strong customer relationship skills and a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with a strong understanding of business terminology and concepts.
