Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our procurement, finance, estimating, and production teams to ensure efficient and timely operations.
  • Coordinate project planning and delivery, ensuring all necessary permits, passes, and paperwork are in place for installation teams.
  • Develop and implement effective agency-wide project governance, processes, and systems to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Requirements:
