As part of our plans to end homelessness and rough sleeping we want to create projects that offer positive opportunities to those living in our accommodation, to maximise One YMCA’s positive impact and participation, supporting young people & vulnerable adults to progress on their journey to independence.
This role will lead and co-ordinate on the development of Project Voice. Supported by the RSH’s (Regulator of Social Housing) Tennant Satisfaction Measures, this role will play an important part of capturing the voice of residents and using this to develop their communities and well-being.
This role will also be to oversee the Make Every Adult Matter (MEAM) agenda and embed the key principals throughout One YMCA.
You will also be responsible to:
- Develop and embed an innovative pathway (cycle) to capture the voice of residents and young people.
- Listen to and respond to the need of the residents and young people to develop an action plan of change.
- Differentiate the survey for multiple abilities and ensure it is accessible for all.
- To support with meeting KPI’s and Data Dashboards
- Provide data and figures for external partners.
- Analyse feedback and comments from the survey, interpret the results and ensure the voice of the resident or young person is heard.
- To develop and embed Make Every Adult Matter (MEAM) Principles within the charity. Co-ordinate the programme and be an ambassador to develop more working together within the departments.
- Encourage participation within other projects and areas of One YMCA.
- Be an advocate of coproduction (staff and residents working together on every aspect of our services - how they run, what they offer and how they look) and continue to develop staff awareness of this.
- Participate in Mission 25 and ensure that the concepts are being woven into all the work that we do.
