Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Network - Career Consultants. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring that all aspects of project planning and delivery run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the procurement team, finance team, estimating team, and production team to ensure efficient and timely operations
  • Ensure all necessary permits, passes, and paperwork are in place for installation teams
  • Help establish effective agency-wide project governance, processes, and systems
  • Assist in the development of project plans and timelines
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team

Requirements:

  • Dynamic and highly organized individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong project administration background, preferably in a design studio, architectural practice, or printing company
  • Full knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in an office environment 5 days a week
