This leading provider of large-format graphics is seeking a Business/Project Administrator to join its thriving office on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the procurement team, finance team, estimating team, and production team to ensure efficient and timely operations.
  • Ensure all permits, passes, and paperwork are in place for installation teams to perform their duties effectively.
  • Establish effective agency-wide project governance, processes, and systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in establishing a career pathway within the business, with opportunities for growth into a fully-fledged account/project manager role.

Requirements:

  • Solid project/business administration background, ideally within a design studio, architectural practice, or printers.
  • Full knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based role, 5 days a week.
  • Free onsite parking available.
