Spa Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Seaham Hall. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors to the spa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
  • Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Process payments, handle guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with the spa team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of spa services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Knowledge of spa operations and services is an asset.
