**Role**:Receptionist
**Location**:Seaham Hall, County Durham
**Salary**: £22,880 plus a share of monthly service charge, approx. £2k a year
**Hours**:40 hours (Full-Time), including weekends & bank holidays. Earliest start time of 7.45am, latest finish of 10.15pm
**Relationships**:General Manager, Operations Manager, Reception Team, Reservations Team

We are seeking to appoint a Receptionist to join our vibrant team in the hotel in providing quality customer service and support for our guests staying at the hotel, covering our reception and reservations department.
- Previous Reception experience is essential - minimum of x1 years
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail to ensure the 5-star standard of service is delivered
- Computer literate and a good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft systems. Previous knowledge of a PMS system is desirable, not essential as full training will be given
- Ability to effectively interact with management, staff and guests in a professional manner
- Be a team player as well as an individual worker
- To be well presented and represent a high standard of competence at all times
- Must have transport
