About Us:

Neos Global Search is a rapidly expanding business seeking a high-calibre Sales Director to join our senior leadership team. As a result of continued expansion and growth in brand awareness, we are looking for an individual who will oversee the creation and execution of a growth roadmap and input into overall business strategy.

Job Summary:

The successful individual will have a broad mix of building on excellent industry relations and cultivating a new client base. They will have a demonstrable track record of delivering new client wins, framework and tender success, as well as outstanding relationship building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Managing a team, including setting targets, reviews, training, coaching and mentoring to improve contribution to the business
  • Sales Strategy: Creating a sales & marketing strategy, roadmap for further growth and strategy implementation
  • Communication: Demonstrable track record of communicating efficiently across all aspects of the business, including operations, finance, etc
  • Presentations: Presenting innovative ideas and business plans to senior management and presenting regular reviews of team performance and action plans
  • Public Sector Procurement: Public sector procurement/tender process would be highly desirable

  • Experience: Demonstrable experience with the sale of a physical, customisable product
  • Personality: Ambitious, driven and aligned with the company's growth ambitions
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to create unique customer identification and management strategies
  • Adaptability: Agile, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
