To sustain this momentum, we are seeking a Digital Content Activation Manager to join our innovative marketing team. This role will be pivotal in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the digital marketing strategy, encompassing website enhancement, social media engagement, and the execution of outstanding online marketing initiatives.
  • Design and implement top-tier digital marketing plans aimed at attracting consumers and boosting sales across UK retailers, including e-commerce platforms and major grocery chains.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive UK Digital Activation Toolkit.
  • Oversee Retail Media Digital Marketing Activation Providers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to establish and optimize our online presence.
  • Ensure meticulous planning, management, and execution of individual digital campaign content.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly within the beverage or FMCG sectors, gained from either a consumer brand or marketing agency.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in delivering impactful digital content activations across various online platforms.
  • Strong background in consumer branding, particularly in Drinks, FMCG, or similar markets.
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Demonstrated skills in social media development and performance tracking.
  • Analytical mindset with strong abilities in insight generation and critical thinking.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
