Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Critical Facilities Technician to join our team. As a Critical Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our data center infrastructure. This includes performing maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with our engineering team to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on data center infrastructure, including electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with data center equipment and systems.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement solutions to improve data center efficiency and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Participate in training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
Requirements
  • Technical training in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Experience in data center operations or a similar mission-critical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, HVAC systems, and building management/automation equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
