Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Contract Support Coordinator (12 month FTC) to join our global account team based in EMEA. The successful candidate will provide administrative, analytical, and reporting support to the team and customer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Hard Services team and customer, including management of platform reports, overtime, budgets, works rejections, critical preventative maintenance validation records, and submittals to the client.
  • General Inquiries: Respond to general inquiries concerning area activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Technical Systems Management: Manage departmental technical systems such as platform web-page, reference manuals, and shared support network drive.
  • Administrative Policies: Prepare and develop administrative platform policies and procedures.
  • New Hire Indoctrination: Provide support during new hire indoctrination process to include network access, equipment & uniform orders, vehicles, access badges, and p-card placement.
  • Departmental Events: Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of departmental events and employee recognition programs.
  • CMMS Data Management: Management of upload and download of CMMS Data.
  • Confidentiality: Able to maintain confidentiality of data interjected at the contract support level, prior to being reviewed by management personnel.
  • Financial Knowledge: Requires general knowledge of financial terms and principles.
Personal Qualities:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in Facilities / Building Services administration.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Personal Attributes: Enthusiasm and demonstration of pro-activity, diligence, and alertness, with the willingness to participate in appropriate training schemes.
