Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Compliance Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the effective management of housing services within our supported living environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a comprehensive Housing Management Service.
  • Assist in the Maintenance and Asset Management operations.
  • Adapt working hours to align with customer and organizational requirements, which may extend beyond standard office hours.
  • Travel to various properties as necessary within the designated area.
  • Engage in team meetings and participate in regular supervision and performance evaluations.
  • Commit to ongoing training and professional development to ensure safe and effective service delivery.

Required Experience:
  • Proven experience in housing management.
  • Ability to manage property repairs and maintain compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Exhibit teamwork qualities with a compassionate, adaptable, and resilient approach.
  • Possess a valid Driving License and have access to a vehicle.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Experience in roles such as housing officer, lettings officer, housing clerk, community support officer, or similar positions that emphasize housing support and compliance.
