Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our 3-bedded Children's Home in Bristol. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of care and management, ensuring the well-being and safety of our young residents.

About the Role:

The Registered Manager will provide leadership, direction, and support to the team, ensuring that the home environment is secure, safe, and motivating for both staff and young people. You will work closely with the clinical team, including psychologists, OTs, and other professionals, to deliver holistic care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the team to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Ensure the home environment is safe, secure, and motivating for young people and staff
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to deliver holistic care and support
  • Manage and maintain high standards of care and management
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience working in a residential children's home or similar setting
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent
  • Committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion for making a difference
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the clinical team and other professionals
  • Strong leadership and management skills
