As a pivotal HR leader, the Senior Human Resources Partner will deliver strategic HR guidance, insights, and expertise to the executive leadership team, thereby facilitating the achievement of organizational goals.

The Senior Human Resources Partner will mentor, advise, and challenge business leaders with a focused approach, serving as a consultant on People initiatives. Additionally, this role will support the Senior HR Team in crafting and executing the HR strategy and agenda to fulfill HC-One's vision and mission.

You will possess exceptional communication and influencing skills, demonstrating a decisive nature and the capability to manage and prioritize a complex workload effectively.

With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR capacity at Manager level or higher, you will have line management experience and the ability to lead teams with sensitivity and professionalism.

CIPD Qualified Level 7, you will maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive understanding of employment legislation and its practical application, ideally with experience in a multi-site HR business partner framework.

Regular travel is necessary across a designated geographic area, and a Full Driving Licence is a requirement.

Safeguarding is a collective responsibility, and it is essential to recognize potential signs of abuse, harm, or neglect in various forms and to know the appropriate actions to take if concerns arise. All team members are expected to participate in safeguarding training relevant to their roles and to pursue additional training in related areas. You will also have the ability to seek appropriate guidance and report concerns, including escalation if necessary.
