About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our sales team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Work closely with the Office Manager to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering customer service excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
