We are excited to announce an opening for a Sales Advisor to become a vital part of our team at Vistry Group. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our sales hub, ensuring a seamless customer journey. You will take charge of the sales process, maintain essential records, and document every stage of the sales progression across various sites and home ranges.

Your Contributions:

  • Experience in the New Homes sector with a history of exceeding sales targets

  • Skillful in managing complaints and challenging situations
  • Excellent negotiation and sales capabilities
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Interest in the property and housing market
  • Effective planning and organizational abilities
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet sales objectives
  • Willingness to travel to various sales locations
  • Possession of a valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle

Role Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out potential sales opportunities and follow up on inquiries through phone communication and marketing materials to maximize sales across all designated sites.
  • Implement innovative strategies to achieve business targets for new home sales.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all properties and construction progress within your area to provide customers with optimal purchasing opportunities.
  • Adhere to the sales process outlined in the training and procedural guidelines.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are documented in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Engage with customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Keep customers informed throughout their purchasing journey.
  • Address cancellations proactively, striving to retain customers and exploring alternative options.
  • Commit to delivering exceptional customer service by advocating for the customer journey and consistently exceeding expectations.
