Job Title: Receptionist

Kinetic PLC is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team in Milton Keynes. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services and postage machine maintenance.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and book conference rooms.
  • Order lunch for employees and visitors.
  • Manage office supplies stockroom and place orders.
  • Support administrative projects and provide other administrative support activities as required.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Act as Site Emergency Response Coordinator, managing fire role calls and HSE administration tasks.
  • Review Enablon and Archer systems, record data, and monitor actions.
  • Ensure training is up to date for first aiders and fire marshals.
  • Manage pool car booking system and conduct regular pool car checks.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
