Position Overview:

YK Solutions LLC is on the lookout for dedicated Account Executives throughout the United States to enhance lead generation and facilitate transitions to various healthcare communities. The core focus of this role is to foster relationships with healthcare professionals and devise strategies that assist families in locating the appropriate care services.

Primary Duties:

  • Guide families in selecting suitable community or in-home care options.
  • Generate qualified patient referrals from designated market plan accounts.
  • Broaden the portfolio of accounts to elevate referral volume.
  • Develop new connections through networking and service presentations.
  • Inform families about care alternatives and work in tandem with Senior Living Advisors.
  • Implement new initiatives within the territory and provide constructive feedback.

Required Qualifications:

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in outside sales.
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
  • Experience in healthcare sales is highly desirable.
