We seek a motivated and ambitious individual interested in advancing their career in a clinical support role while driving sales across our Northern region. This position entails extensive travel, ensuring that no two days are alike. You will actively engage in customer education in the field, assisting the sales manager in fostering customer engagement and achieving commercial success.

Our spine division boasts one of the most extensive and varied product portfolios, featuring our leading 3D-printed technologies that empower surgeons to offer their patients diverse treatment options. Our offerings include implants, instruments, and biologic solutions for the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine.

What you need:

  • A BA or BSc degree in Biomedical/Lifesciences or a business-related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Clinical or sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • A natural inclination to take ownership of tasks.
  • Demonstrated drive and ambition to succeed.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in current office technologies (e.g., MS Office suite).
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proven capability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
  • Comfort in emergency and operating room settings.
  • Aptitude for learning key product features and benefits.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • A strong team player who can collaborate effectively with a diverse workforce.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 90-100% of the time, across the Northern UK.
