The Sales Specialist, NGS Clinical Solutions will spearhead the marketing and sales of products to academic medical institutions, prominent cancer centers, healthcare systems, and other strategically significant key accounts across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and compile quantitative data to devise an effective sales strategy within the designated territory.
- Develop and nurture business relationships with major clients, collaborating with the Technical Support team when necessary to facilitate strategic problem resolution.
- Proactively identify new accounts and prepare pertinent information for outbound sales communications to secure new clientele.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product offerings and market dynamics.
- Build relationships with relevant company personnel to relay market trends and pinpoint new and upcoming product requirements.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences; a Master's or PhD is preferred.
- A proven track record in the Clinical or Life Sciences sectors.
- Experience in complex sales environments, demonstrating adaptable interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the decision-making hierarchy.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Preferred Experience:
- Background in Business Development roles and/or Strategic Account Management.
