Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of People and Corporate Services to join our executive leadership team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our human resources, learning and development, marketing and communications, and digital functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on human resources and learning and development functions at a senior level
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Manage and develop a team of professionals to deliver exceptional services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve organisational goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Chartered member of CIPD
  • Proven track record of leading human resources and learning and development functions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
