We are seeking a Senior Marketing and Communications Manager to enhance our brand presence.

This pivotal role is essential to our strategic vision, tasked with spearheading the formulation and execution of a holistic marketing, communications, and commercial strategy that aligns with the overarching goals of Liberty Global Holdings Limited.

Key responsibilities include the establishment and management of the Liberty Global brand, crafting impactful marketing initiatives, executing the market entry strategy, and nurturing a culture of excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and implement a long-term brand strategy for Liberty Global, ensuring clear market positioning and differentiation. Develop a compelling brand identity that resonates with both internal and external stakeholders. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing initiatives across diverse channels to elevate brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and bolster sales efforts. Manage the corporate website and all digital marketing activities, ensuring a cohesive brand message and optimal user experience. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media representatives, industry collaborators, and community organizations. Design and implement an integrated communication strategy that informs, engages, and inspires both employees and external audiences. Generate high-quality content (e.g., press releases, internal communications, social media updates) that effectively conveys the Liberty Global brand and its value proposition. Manage media relations, secure press coverage, and address media inquiries. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities. Lead initiatives to foster a high-performing and inclusive culture within Liberty Global, ensuring employees feel valued, engaged, and aligned with the company's vision and values. Establish metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of marketing, communications, and commercial activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Extensive experience in a senior marketing or communications capacity, ideally within a B2B context. Proficiency in brand management, marketing initiatives, internal communications, and market entry strategies is crucial. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Innovative thinker with exceptional copywriting and presentation skills. Proficient storyteller and problem solver, comfortable navigating ambiguity. Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing and communication strategies.
