About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at BLUE Communications. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Establish strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business objectives and developing tailored digital marketing strategies to meet their needs.
  • Campaign Development: Create and implement effective digital marketing campaigns, utilizing your expertise in digital strategy, content creation, and social media management.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our account teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven decisions.
  • Team Development: Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and training to help them grow in their roles.
Requirements
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in digital strategy development, account management, content creation, social media management, SEO, SEM, and analytics.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial opportunities and ability to communicate business development to senior teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
