About the Role:

Blu Digital is seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily execution and strategic planning of our advertising campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee budgets for the entire paid digital marketing portfolio, ensuring optimal allocation based on performance metrics and strategic objectives.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta, implementing adjustments based on performance insights.
  • Provide updates and strategic insights to key stakeholders while delivering detailed reports and performance insights, including monthly and weekly presentations.
  • Continuously test new marketing channels and strategies, maintaining a robust testing pipeline, and adjusting media mix based on results.

Requirements:

  • Experience with either Tableau and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
