Renewals Account Manager Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Renewals Account Manager to manage our support and maintenance contracts using cutting-edge Digital Marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage support & maintenance renewals with a focus on renewal, contract consolidation, or upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate contract records and timely updates in our CRM system.
  • Engage with vendors and internal teams to secure pricing support.
  • Provide weekly renewals forecasts to the Customer Operations Director.
  • Liaise with customers throughout the sales cycle to secure purchase orders and achieve contract conversions.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and office procedures.
