Renewable Energy Account Manager

Green Recruitment Company is seeking a highly skilled Renewable Developer Account Manager to join their team. As a key member of the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for managing the accounts of Corporate and Solution Provider Members, delivering consulting services for renewable energy developers, and interpreting market data to ensure customer satisfaction.
The Role:- Facilitate delivery of market intelligence to renewable developer members through consultative sessions with mid-to senior-level leaders.
- Be an engaged and accessible resource for renewable developer members seeking guidance on the platform, its features, or responding to specific inquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with renewable developer members, identifying new ways to add value and ensuring renewal of services.
- Develop a deep understanding of key climate and clean energy solution areas, including on and off-site renewable and distributed energy resources, offset and credit mechanisms.
- Pass insights and comments about the platform from users to the product/tech teams.
Some background and familiarity with solutions such as VPPAs, renewable energy, and electricity is required. Proficiency with data analytics and visualization software (Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI) is also essential.
