Renewal Account Manager - Intellectual Property

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewal Account Manager to join our Intellectual Property team at Clarivate. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our line of IP products, including CompuMark, Derwent, Innography, and Darts IP.

About You:
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 5+ years in account management or renewals
  • At least 1 year in a tech-based platform/CRM
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Consultative selling and strategic account management
  • Experience in IP or information services
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong analytical skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Advocate for clients and the company
  • Pursue uplift opportunities
  • Resolve issues through collaboration
  • Manage renewal orders
  • Provide regular reporting
  • Conduct account reviews
  • Stay informed about Clarivate offerings
About the Team:

This position reports to the Sr. Director, Renewal Sales, IP segment, working across North America and EMEA in collaboration with other teams within the segment.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time, permanent role with a hybrid schedule in the London office 2-3 days per week.
