About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our accountancy renewals team as a Customer Retention Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing client communications, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing personalized support and guidance to ensure their needs are met.
  • Renewal Management: Oversee the renewal process, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue, working closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a basic understanding of CRM systems.
