Renewals Coordinator Wanted - Part Time Opportunity

Join Our Team as a Part Time Renewals Coordinator

£22-25,000 Pro Rata

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewals Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Renewals Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, researching the local market to provide landlords with recommendations on current rents, negotiating rent increases between landlords and tenants, and ensuring right to rent references are complete and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Renewals Process Management: Demonstrate a clear understanding of the renewals process and ensure seamless execution.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Market Research: Research the local market to provide landlords with recommendations on current rents.
  • Rent Negotiation: Negotiate rent increases between landlords and tenants.
  • Right to Rent: Ensure right to rent references are complete and up to date.
  • Legal Documentation: Send and organize legal paperwork as per the renewal.
  • Communication: Liaise with landlords and tenants on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • Team Player: Demonstrate a team player attitude and be willing to work collaboratively.
  • Self-Motivation: Show self-motivation and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Estate Agency Experience: Have experience working in an estate agency setting within lettings.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
  • Organizational Skills: Be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrate professionalism and a well-presented demeanor.
  • Time Management: Be able to work towards deadlines and manage time effectively.

Flexibility: Our client is flexible on days worked and can accommodate a range of schedules between 08:30am and 6pm.
