Position Overview

The Restoration and Renewal Delivery Authority is seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to become an integral part of the Programme finance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements, including the preparation of the Annual Report and Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the monthly financial closing process and manage cash flow effectively.
  • Conduct controls assessments and generate comprehensive financial reports.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to foster strong working relationships.
  • Understand the operational environment of Parliament and its complexities.
  • Leverage experience in organizations executing significant capital projects.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified Chartered Accountant, although we are open to considering part-qualified accountants with substantial relevant experience. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate a complex environment are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary is approximately £60,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Benefits include:
