Renewals Account Manager

We're seeking a skilled Renewals Account Manager to oversee the management of our support and maintenance contracts using cutting-edge digital marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage support and maintenance renewals with a focus on renewal, contract consolidation, or upsell opportunities.
- Ensure accurate contract records and timely updates in our CRM system.
- Engage with vendors and internal teams to secure pricing support.
- Provide weekly renewals forecasts to the Customer Operations Director.
- Liaise with customers throughout the sales cycle to secure purchase orders and achieve contract conversions.
- Knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and office procedures.
