About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk and Compliance professional to join our team at IFM Investors. As a key member of our Risk and Compliance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of risk and compliance across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of risk and compliance strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Provide expert advice on regulatory matters impacting our business objectives
  • Design and deliver compliance and risk management training programs for staff
  • Liaise with regulators and external service providers to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the development of the Risk and Compliance team and the overall capability of the function
Requirements
  • Significant experience in compliance roles, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Tertiary qualifications in law, commerce, economics, finance, or a related field
  • Post-graduate qualifications may be an advantage
