Exciting Opportunity for a Risk Contracts Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Contracts Lawyer to join our dynamic team at AJ FOX COMPLIANCE in London.

This role will support our risk management professionals in maintaining the firm's legal and regulatory compliance, while mitigating emerging risks associated with procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the firm's compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Mitigate risks associated with business operations
  • Maintain updated knowledge of laws and regulations relative to procurement and contracting
  • Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and policies
  • Identify and mitigate potential legal risks
  • Provide legal advice regarding contract negotiations, procurements, and dispute resolution
  • Identify areas for improvement within current procurement processes/workflows
  • Deliver training to internal teams on legal compliance, contract management, and procurement

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks and preferably some familiarity with SRA Standards and Regulations.
