Job Description

Parkside Office Professional is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Process Management: Manage and process customer finance agreements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Documentation: Check and process finance documentation, maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Correspondence: Respond to customer correspondence, maintaining excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a customer service environment, preferably in the motor finance industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Qualifications: Quality-conscious and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy.
Working Hours and Flexibility:

Parkside Office Professional offers flexibility in working hours, with shifts varying between 9:00-17:00 and 10:00-18:00. One Saturday in every 3 to 4 weeks is required, with a day off in lieu during the week. Employees may request to work from home for up to 50% of the working days in any given month, depending on business needs.
