Job Overview

The Role

As a key member of the Solera Holdings, LLC. team, you will be responsible for leading the Crash Repair Team in the UK. Reporting to the Head of Claims, you will have direct oversight of x5 sales FTEs and will be instrumental in driving annualized new business and growth targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with the Head of Claims and Regional VP to define and deliver the sales strategy, focusing on new logo acquisition, upsell of training, VHC, and licensing fees.
  • Develop and implement operational plans to achieve annualized and ad-hoc price increases.

**Key Performance Indicators:**

  • Retain base revenues.
  • Grow market penetration beyond the current 2,800 subscribers through whitespace new business sales.
  • Increase yield per rooftop to achieve annualized +ACV target via training, VHC, SSF license fee increases based on usage modeling and upgrades of PAYG user base to SSF pricing models.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the industry, with a strong understanding of the repair bodyshop community and supply chain.
  • Proven experience in managing people and driving sales growth.
  • Sales and business development background, with a focus on commercial growth and expansion.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK market and ability to present and demonstrate product lines in sales environments.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented, with a commitment to individual and team sales targets.
  • Ability to maintain current CRM platforms and generate sales purchase orders from CRM and manage close dates.

**Nice to Have:**

  • Experience selling software services.
  • Working with AI and machine learning.
  • Experience coordinating large projects and teams.
