About the Role

As a key member of the CBRE team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the management of client relationships, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Project Management: Direct the project process, including developing project plans, creating project teams, and managing timeframes and performance.
  • Team Leadership: Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and coach team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow the business, develop strategic plans to achieve goals, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver results.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience in account management, client services, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and motivate teams, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
