The Business Development Manager will play a key leadership role in driving commercial growth and sales strategy for Solera Holdings, LLC.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Head of Claims and Regional VP to define and deliver sales strategies that achieve annualized new business and growth targets.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to drive new logo acquisition, upsell of training, VHC, and licensing fees, and delivery of annualized and ad hoc price increases.
- Retain base revenues and grow market penetration beyond the current subscriber base.
- Increase yield per rooftop to achieve annualized +ACV target via training, VHC, SSF license fee increases based on usage modeling and upgrades of PAYG user base to SSF pricing models.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the industry, working with or connected to the repair bodyshop community/supply chain.
- Experience managing people and sales/business development background.
- Ideal candidate will have knowledge of the UK market and be self-motivated with a team player attitude.
- Ability to present and demonstrate product lines in sales environments.
- Committed to working towards individual sales targets and team targets.
- Experience selling software services.
- Working with AI.
- Experience working with coordinating large projects.
