Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ticketing Operations Associate to join our team in London. As a Ticketing Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in building events and performances, preparing them for sale, and ensuring accurate ticket creation and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with our ticketing system to build events and performances for ATG's UK venues and third-party venues.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including eCommerce, Regional Revenue Management, Marketing, Programming, Box Offices, Contact Centre, Finance, and external promoters and producers.
  • Ensure accurate event creation and sales, working to deadlines and meeting team goals.
  • Develop skills in an internationally growing business and gain exposure to a range of products and teams across the ATG network.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working or volunteering on ticketed events, preferably in live entertainment, sports, or other venues using a ticketing or reservations system.
  • Basic knowledge of event ticketing systems, preferably AudienceView Unlimited or similar systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
