Email Campaign Manager

Position Summary:

As an Email Campaign Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the complete process of email campaigns for clients across multiple industries.

This hands-on, client-oriented role provides the opportunity to work with diverse campaign management tools, allowing you to deepen your expertise in the domain.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Email Campaign Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of email campaigns utilizing platforms such as Braze and Adobe Campaign.
  • Audience Targeting & Journey Execution: Identify target demographics, implement campaign journeys, and oversee the configuration and launch of scheduled, automated, and triggered campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Management: Directly engage with clients to foster strong partnerships and ensure the success of campaigns.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate closely with internal strategy, production, data, and project management teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: Demonstrated experience in email campaign management, encompassing audience targeting, journey execution, and campaign deployment.
  • Platform Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Braze, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Bloomreach, or comparable tools.
  • Client Engagement Skills: Proven ability to interact with clients effectively and cultivate enduring relationships.
