Your Role

The CRM team operates as a central support unit within Hachette, providing essential assistance to divisional marketers. Our focus is on managing and optimizing the CRM database while offering guidance and training on best practices in Email Marketing and CRM.

Currently, the CRM team is embarking on an exciting transformation with the integration of a cutting-edge CRM tool, Imagino. Our objective is to enhance CRM practices across the organization, improve reporting capabilities, and drive revenue growth through effective email marketing strategies.

This position reports directly to the Group CRM Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist marketing teams with daily CRM tasks across multiple newsletter lists, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Develop automated email marketing campaigns aimed at generating revenue for various newsletters.
  • Maintain and update our online CRM training resources for both new and experienced users.
  • Support the growth of our central reading communities through targeted reporting and email initiatives.
  • Engage in CRM migration projects to onboard newly integrated divisions.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Manager to create and sustain comprehensive CRM reports for the organization.
Candidate Profile
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, particularly in email marketing.
  • Familiarity with leading CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or similar tools is preferred.
  • A keen interest in the technical aspects of CRM and data management.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience interacting with diverse stakeholders globally.
