About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Assistant to join our CRM Team at Gordon Yates Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with e-marketing campaigns and providing exceptional support to our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Channel Management: Oversee the e-commerce channel and ensure seamless communication with customers.
  • Database Management: Handle all incoming communications to the database, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Email Campaigns: Assist in planning, designing, and executing effective email campaigns from start to finish.
  • Email Creation: Develop and build engaging email content using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Bloomreach.
  • Content Planning: Collaborate with the team to plan and design compelling email campaigns, including content creation and template building.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve future marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in email marketing.
  • Proficiency in using email marketing tools, such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Bloomreach.
  • Ability to start immediately and commit to a minimum of three to four months.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, with approximately two days of in-office work per week.
  • Competitive hourly rate of £17 per hour.
