McGregor Boyall is seeking a skilled HR & Office Manager to join our team. This part-time position (4 days per week) involves playing a crucial role in the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) while overseeing both the HR and Administrative functions at strategic and operational levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the SLT and Senior Management Team (SMT) to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals, focusing on career development, talent engagement, and cultural initiatives.
  • Assist in establishing a strong organizational structure and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Mentor and coach managers to enhance their leadership capabilities.

  • Communicate regularly with employees regarding HR policies and organizational updates.
  • Oversee office administration, facility management, and budgetary considerations.

  • Ability to define and instill a strong company culture.
  • In-depth knowledge of Employment Law and experience in managing Employee Relations.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
