About the Role
McGregor Boyall is seeking a skilled HR & Office Manager to join our team. This part-time position (4 days per week) involves playing a crucial role in the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) while overseeing both the HR and Administrative functions at strategic and operational levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the SLT and Senior Management Team (SMT) to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals, focusing on career development, talent engagement, and cultural initiatives.
- Assist in establishing a strong organizational structure and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Mentor and coach managers to enhance their leadership capabilities.
- Support the SMT in evaluating and refining the current rewards and benefits framework.
- Facilitate the payroll process by ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to the payroll manager.
- Communicate regularly with employees regarding HR policies and organizational updates.
- Oversee office administration, facility management, and budgetary considerations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a HR Leader.
- Demonstrated success in implementing talent management and development programs.
- Ability to define and instill a strong company culture.
- In-depth knowledge of Employment Law and experience in managing Employee Relations.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
