Si Recruitment Limited, a reputable firm in the financial services sector, is seeking a dedicated Payroll Administrator to enhance our operations in Whitby.

Role Overview:
The Payroll Administrator will be an integral part of our team in Whitby, working Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm with a one-hour lunch break.
This position is ideal for an individual with substantial payroll experience, joining a team of 16 professionals.
The primary responsibilities include:
- Managing monthly, weekly, and four-weekly payrolls of varying sizes.
- Processing over 200 payrolls monthly using Sage Payroll software.
- Conducting thorough checks of inputs and reviewing payroll outputs.
- Filing payroll data with HMRC accurately.
- Handling all payroll elements, including court orders and student loans for client employees.
- Administering auto-enrollment pension deductions and issuing relevant letters to employees.
- Addressing all payroll-related inquiries from clients promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring the highest standards of data accuracy and quality in payroll outputs.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a payroll role.
- Experience with payroll, CIS, and Nest.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities.
- A proven track record of delivering outstanding client service.
- Flexibility and proactivity in managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and remotely.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in work.
- The ability to demonstrate initiative in problem-solving.
