A highly skilled Senior Oracle Payroll Specialist is being sought by Portfolio Payroll to join their team in a key role within the payroll function.
This is a critical position that requires a strong understanding of Oracle and payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process a full start-to-finish payroll on a monthly basis using Oracle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Administer statutory deductions, including SMP, SPP, NI, and PAYE, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage year-end processes, including P60s and P11Ds, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Submit HMRC returns and reconcile payroll and HMRC data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Administer benefits, including CCV, IFSTL, and cycle-to-work schemes, to support employees.
- Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Excel to analyze and report on payroll data.
- Provide support with EMEA payroll as required, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
It is essential that candidates have experience working with Oracle Cloud/Fusion and possess a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
