Portfolio Payroll is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Transformation Specialist to lead the transition of our manual payroll processes to a sophisticated Oracle-based system. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Payroll Transformation: Oversee the transition from manual payroll to Oracle payroll system, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to our operations.
- Manage High-Volume Payrolls: Process and manage high-volume manual payrolls, including hourly payrolls, with precision and accuracy.
- Develop and Execute Complex Excel Formulas: Create and implement complex Excel formulas and macros to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct System Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough system testing and validation to ensure the new payroll system meets all requirements and regulatory compliance.
- Implement Payroll Governance Frameworks: Develop and implement payroll governance frameworks to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues related to payroll implementation.
- Provide Training and Support: Provide training and support to payroll team members on the new Oracle system.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience in High-Volume Manual Payroll Processing: Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume manual payroll processing.
- Expertise in Complex Excel Functions and Data Analysis: Strong expertise in complex Excel functions and data analysis.
- Strong Understanding of Hourly Payrolls and Related Compliance Requirements: Strong understanding of hourly payrolls and related compliance requirements.
- Experience with Payroll System Testing and Validation: Experience with payroll system testing and validation, preferably with Oracle.
- Knowledge of Payroll Governance and Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of payroll governance and regulatory compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Payroll Systems: Experience with Oracle payroll systems.
- Background in Project Management within Payroll or HR Systems: Background in project management within payroll or HR systems.
- Certification in Payroll Management or Related Field: Certification in payroll management or related field.
