Business Operations Coordinator

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our team at PKF-Francis Clark Chartered accountants & business advisers. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Senior Management Team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team, including note-taking, diary management, and preparing presentations, letters, and reports.
- Undertake compliance checks, such as 'Know Your Client' and anti-money laundering clearance processes.
- Assist with marketing support activities, including coordinating client events and facilitating communication with clients.
- Coordinate staff travel and accommodation, ensuring seamless logistics for our team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases and contact information.
About You
We are looking for a proactive, efficient, and organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to suit the needs of our team and clients. If you have a background in administration, are comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and possess strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.
