Job Title: Cabin Cleaning Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cabin Cleaning Operations Coordinator to join our team at ABM. As a key member of our Cabin Cleaning department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and personnel to meet client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the issuance and receipt of equipment to all staff members
  • Assign personnel to new tasks using our Inform system and track their progress
  • Keep the manager informed of potential delays or issues
  • Ensure effective communication with all airlines and handling agents
  • Respond to telephone inquiries from staff and customers in a professional manner
  • Liaise with airline staff and handling agents to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide detailed reports on accidents and incidents
  • Brief staff on relevant operational matters
  • Escalate potential service failures to prevent them from occurring
  • Identify operational challenges and develop plans to address them
  • Ensure a fair and consistent approach to staff when allocating work
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure they are working efficiently

Requirements:

  • Experience in allocation and resource management in the aviation industry
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Management or supervision experience
  • Cabin cleaning experience
  • Strong IT and program operational skills
