Position: Cabin Service Quality Supervisor

Location: STANWELL (Post code: TW6)

Shift Pattern: 3 on / 3 off, 06:00 AM to 17:30 PM

Compensation: £14.98 per hour PAYE

We are actively seeking candidates for the role of Cabin Service Quality Supervisor to manage the daily operations of facilities around Heathrow Airport. Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the delivery of cleaning standards in accordance with service level agreements outlined in the commercial contract.
2. Conduct final inspections of aircraft to identify and rectify any deficiencies.
3. Mentor and coach cleaning staff to help them meet and exceed established standards.
4. Oversee and coordinate the activities of cabin team members to ensure compliance with operational protocols.
5. Monitor and uphold the cleanliness and appearance of cabins, restrooms, and shared areas.
6. Perform regular inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs, coordinating with relevant teams to address issues.
7. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
8. Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
9. Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
10. Train and onboard new employees, providing guidance on company policies and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

About You:
As a Quality Supervisor, you will effectively manage, coach, and mentor team leaders to achieve service level agreements. You will be responsible for overseeing absence management processes for cabin cleaners and team leaders, escalating any issues to HR support when necessary. Ensure that employees accurately sign on and off in accordance with company policies.
