Position Overview:

The role of the Cabin Services Quality Supervisor is crucial in ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness and service are maintained within the cabin areas of aircraft. This position is based in a dynamic environment, focusing on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Location:
STANWELL (Post code: TW6)

Shift Pattern:
3 on / 3 off, 06:00 AM to 17:30 PM

Compensation:
£14.98 per hour PAYE

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the daily operations of cabin cleaning services, ensuring compliance with established service level agreements.
  2. Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft cabins to identify and rectify any cleanliness shortfalls.
  3. Provide coaching and support to cleaning staff to enhance their performance and service delivery.
  4. Supervise cabin team members, ensuring adherence to cleanliness standards and operational protocols.
  5. Regularly monitor the condition of cabins, restrooms, and communal areas, coordinating maintenance and repairs as necessary.
  6. Address and resolve customer feedback and complaints in a professional manner.
  7. Maintain a safe and compliant working environment at all times.
  8. Develop and implement standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and service quality.
  9. Facilitate training and onboarding for new team members, ensuring they understand company policies and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, with the ability to manage and mentor team members effectively. You will be responsible for:
  1. Managing absence processes for cabin cleaning staff and team leaders.
  2. Ensuring compliance with company policies regarding employee attendance and performance.
  3. Conducting performance appraisals and assessments to promote staff development and retention.
  4. Maintaining discipline and adherence to company and regulatory standards.
  5. Ensuring all documentation is handled in accordance with GDPR regulations.
