Position Overview

Salary: £30,000

We are seeking a dedicated English Language Supervisor to become a vital part of our esteemed team at Axiom Hospitality Limited. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual eager to advance their career while leading a committed group of professionals.

Contract Type & Hours

This is a permanent, full-time position (38 hours per week). As an English Language Supervisor, you will oversee operations during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing departmental expenditures while ensuring that scheduling and resources are allocated effectively to enhance operational efficiency;
  • Adhering to quality assurance standards and expectations;
  • Identifying and addressing complaints or issues, escalating them to the appropriate management while providing assistance with integrity;
  • Conducting night audits and safety inspections to ensure the well-being of all guests;
  • Demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Exhibiting excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Being an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach to work.
